Profile Photo: You may optionally upload a single profile photo. When you upload a photo, we access your camera or photo album with your permission. This is entirely optional and at your discretion.

Interactions and Feedback: If you contact our support team, we collect the details you provide during those interactions.

Information Collected Automatically

When you use our services, we automatically collect:

Usage Data: This includes your activity on OreglTV (e.g., app usage, interactions with other users, and features used).

Device Data: We gather data from the device you use to access our services, such as IP address, device type, operating system, app settings, crash reports, and network information.

Geolocation Data: If you give permission, we may collect your location to help match you with users in your preferred region. You can adjust your device settings to disable location tracking if preferred.

Device Identification for Security and Fraud Prevention

To maintain a fair and secure environment for all users, and to enforce our Terms of Service regarding daily usage limits (e.g., free daily matches), we collect a unique device identifier known as the Android ID (Settings.Secure.ANDROID_ID).

How We Use This Data:

• Strictly for Security: This identifier is used exclusively to detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and circumvention of our usage limits (such as uninstalling and reinstalling the app to reset daily quotas).
• Not for Advertising: Your Android ID is never used for advertising targeting, marketing analytics, or building a user profile for commercial purposes.
• Persistence: This identifier allows us to recognize your device solely for the purpose of applying security rules, even if the app is reinstalled.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that this collection is necessary for the App's fundamental security functionality and fraud prevention mechanisms.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve our services.
• Personalize your experience and match you with other users based on your preferences.
• Ensure the safety and security of our users by monitoring user interactions and content to prevent harmful behavior.
• Help you connect with other users through our random video call matching feature.
• Operate continuous AI-supported safety monitoring to detect underage users, sexual content, and violent behavior. If a minor is detected, the account is immediately and permanently banned. If sexual content or violent behavior is detected, the user's match count is reset to 0 and the user cannot match with anyone until the next day.

4. How We Protect Your Information

We take several measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, and misuse. Since we use anonymous accounts, we collect minimal personal information. While we strive to secure your information, no system can guarantee complete protection. We continuously review our security protocols to safeguard your data.

5. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a user under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to remove that information. If you believe a user is under 18, please report them through our in-app reporting tools.

We also run nonstop AI-supported monitoring to detect underage users. Any account identified as underage is immediately and permanently banned to protect minors and the community.

6. Eligibility and User Conduct

By creating an account on OreglTV, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You will not share your phone number, external links, or request communication outside the app.
• You agree not to engage in any inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to:
  • Sending offensive messages or media.
  • Sharing pornographic or inappropriate images.
  • Using the platform for spamming or fraudulent purposes.
  • Soliciting temporary or informal marriages (where applicable by law).
  • Uploading fake photos or content.

Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect new features or legal requirements. When we make significant changes, we will notify you in advance, giving you time to review and understand the changes before they take effect.
